St. Theresa Point, also known as Minithayinikam, is a remote First Nations community located in northeastern Manitoba, Canada. The community is situated on the shores of Island Lake and is home to mainly members of the St. Theresa Point First Nation. Despite its isolated location, St. Theresa Point offers a rich cultural experience with traditional practices such as hunting, fishing, and trapping still prevalent. The community is also home to a health facility, a K-12 school, and a local radio station. While challenging to access, St. Theresa Point provides a unique opportunity to experience Indigenous culture and a breathtaking natural landscape.
